Todd Frei is a firefighter with Regina Fire Department and a member of the CISM/Peer Support Team. He started his career with RFD in Aug. 2008 and was asked to be part of the CISM team in 2010 and thus started his journey into the peer support role. In 2015 he took on a role as CISM Team Leader and is currently still in that role. Todd was trained as an IAFF Peer Support member in 2018 and as an R2MR trainer in 2019. He is looking forward to speaking about his CISM/Peer Support experiences, what worked and what he needed to do differently.
