Registration only requires the person registering to enter their name.
When registering groups make sure to include the name of each person who is attending.
Safety Award Winners and Safety Hall of Fame recipients please register for this event by selecting the Safety Award Winner & Safety Hall of Fame ticket option for your personal ticket, If you are purchasing additional tickets for other individuals they must be at the regular ticket price of $45.00.

5:30 pm – doors open/Cocktail Hour
6:30 pm – buffet dinner
7:00 pm – start program
8:00 pm – Ty Penny – musical entertainment
8:00 pm – Dessert, veggies trays and cheese and crackers will be served
