We will be holding virtual meetings in each quarter of the year through 2022.

Q1 Meeting - Tough Enough To Talk About It 

March 25, 2022 11:30am - 1:30pm

There is no fee to attend the virtual event and we encourage you to bring a friend!  The presentation is 90 minutes long and covers information and resources for Mental Health and Suicide Awareness.

Suicide is the leading cause of injury death in Western Canada.  In Alberta, at least one person dies by suicide every day, and 75% are men.  Tough Enough To Talk About It helps prevent suicide by reducing stigma of mental health issues
