If this sounds like you, you’d make for a great Human and Organizational Performance (HOP) Specialist!

In this role, you'll help bring Human and Operational Performance (HOP) principles and Operational Learning tools into the organization, furthering our psychological and physical safety efforts.

We've solidified our commitment to sustainability with our 30BY30 promise to reduce our customer's emissions by 30 per cent by the year 2030. We need collaborators, innovators and safety leaders like yourself to help us in achieving our goal, and join us in rethinking our energy future.

In year 2, you will

  • Support the program manager to establish monitoring systems and make recommendations for enhancements and changes.
  • Develop a sustainment program for our internal departments and external contractors focused on operational learning and promoting a culture of psychological safety.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop, communicate and support the implementation of a holistic multi-year education program, ensuring alignment and collaboration with other organizational initiatives.

  • A diploma or degree in a related discipline, such as Health and Safety, Human Resources, Organizational Psychological, Business or others, with a minimum of four years of related experience. Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP), Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) or Registered Occupational Hygienist (ROH) designations are considered an asset.
  • Ability to communicate key HOP messages to senior leaders, mid-level managers, workforce, and business partners and contractors
